Rail temperature sensor KSTF11ASBK
The KSTF11ASBK rail temperature sensor consists of the KSTF11A temperature sensor and the KSBK11A rail mounting bracket. These were developed as a unit for demanding applications for measuring the temperature on railroad tracks. The temperature sensor is packed in a housing made of high-quality plastic. The integrated sensor element is extremely robust with a low mass. Thanks to the carefully selected position and the defined contact pressure on the rail, the sensor measures practically only the temperature of the rail and is largely free from ambient influences such as solar radiation or air temperature. Special features are its fast response time and high accuracy. Thanks to its special design, the sensor guarantees high reliability over its entire life cycle.
